Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–10 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Orders received before 10H00 (local time) on a business day are maybe eligible for same-day dispatch.
Domestic Shipping
Free shipping is available on all domestic orders over R1000.00. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Orders will be shipped via Courier Guy (Pudo Locker to Locker)
Transit times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. SoYell Pty Ltd ships from South Africa.
Dispatch Cut-Off
To qualify for same-day dispatch, orders must be placed and payment confirmed before 10H00 (local time). Orders received after this time will be dispatched on the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 10 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.
